When I go to the start up menu "msconfig" there
are 2 HP softwares running,I uncheck them both and restart my computer
and check the start up menu again and they are still there. They are
    1. HP Digital Imaging Monitor
    2. HP Image Zone Fast Start
Is there any way to stop this from keep happening? Meaning
when I uncheck them,I want them to stay unchecked, not keep re checking
themselfs.I have never had this problem before with any kind of software
before.I recently reinstalled both of my printers HP 6110 officejet all in one & Photosmart 8450.Thanks for your help.

Open the registry editor. Click the + in

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE - Software - Microsoft - Windows - CurrentVersion.

Click directly on each of the folders that start with Run so you can see their entries in the right pane.

Once you locate those 2 HP entries, right-click each one, then click Delete - Yes.

Close the registry editor, then reboot.

    See if they're gone now.

(Note: Once you've deleted them from the MSCONFIG "Startup" list, you can't re-enable them, so make sure that's what you want to do)
