    To whom it may concern,

Hi my name is Cecila. I have a problem with my computer. Every time I open my pc, I get a start-up message like this; DW has caused and error in DW.EXE. DW will now close.

How can I fix this problem???

You may e-mail me at [email protected]

    Thank you

Welcome to TSG, Cecilia. I want you to have your own thread for your problem. Trying to deal with two or more in one only confuses both.

Your startup message indicates a problem with so called ad and spyware.

Download the StartupList application from the site below and unzip and run it. Then copy/paste the results to a reply here.

Also install and update Spybot following the directions here:

After we see your startup list, you will probably be asked to run it.
