Start Up Slow And Error Message...

    WHEN I START UP MY COMPUTER IT TAKES A LONG TIME BEFORE I AM ABLE TO START USING PROGRAMS AND I GET THE FOLLOWING ERROR MESSAGE:

    WrOS has encountered a problem and needs to close.
    We are sorry for the inconvenience.

    After I click on the "To see what data this error report contains" it reads as follows:

    Reporting Details:

    This is related to Verizon Online which I don't see in your running processes, just here

    Yes - I currently use Verizon Online for DSL service... I have no problem connecting - other than that error message that comes up...
