Start Up Trouble

    Hi,

    I don't have a clue as to what I did but now when I boot up my lap top, windows shuts it down. I have to reboot it to use it.
    Please someone help me.

    So if you try to cold boot it shuts down? But then you can restart it? I would boot to Vista cd and use the repair on the cd install. If you don't have a Windows Disk you can try System restore to a day before this started happening also.
