Start Up.

When i start my computer up it makes quite a few "dong" noices. My startUp report by Ewido is an attactment as it was not very clear when i pasted it in, is there anything there that should'nt be running, or doesnt need to be running. Thank You for any help.

You can disable the following programs from starting, they are uneccessray and just slow you down:

1) Itunes helper
2) Iomega Drive Icons
3) Iomega Zip (deskup.exe)
4) Shellapi32 ( svcnet.exe) n
5) windll32.exe n
6) Quiktime
7) Java (jusched.exe)
8) wumgrd.exe n

i think you should check out your virus protection. I'm not 100% sure but i think these three are added by worms/trojans:
1) wumgrd.exe
2) windll32.exe
3) Shellapi32 ( svcnet.exe)

The easiest way to disable the programs from starting is by using this:

http://www.mlin.net/files/StartupCPL_EXE.zip

It's so easy to use, just right click on each of the programs and click disable.
You need to check on all the tabs, i.e. runonce, HKCL etc etc

Can i ask sum1 with better knowledge whether or not i am right to diagnose the 3 as worms??
