    Hi, I've started my new blog, Start Up. i was wondering if you could give me any tips on it, or help me by spreading the word of it! I'll update it as soon as I can!

    Step 1: Purchase your own domain and web space
    Step 2. Install WordPress on that.

    I reaaly ike to purchase my own domain, but I can't just yet! Maybe sometime in the future.

    Why not? Web space for $6/month and a domain for $9/yr

    I would suggest you use blogger.com to host your blog, it has better blog tools and also better site traffic.

    Personally, I think WordPress has better software, but if you are going to be using one of the sites that is given to you for free, you are better off w/ Blogger.

    Blogger is great, that is what I am using currently, but if you want to get your own domain and host, http://1and1.com offers a plan for 5gb of storage and 250gb of bandwidth for $2.24/month (limited time, usually like $2.99) and you get a free domain. That is extremely cheap, and has some pretty useful things.

    You can install wordpress on there also.

    Also, Blogger has an option to publish directly to your own webspace. Just give it some FTP info and you can use Blogger on your own domain ;)
