This has been the 3rd or 4th time I've been here regarding a problem with viruses, trojans, or some annoying little pop up thing in my IE.

I want to find out how to elliminate any possible way to get these things from going on my computer.

The most recent problem I am having is with a Startpage varient, type of thing. I'm not sure what kind of virus, I am thinking it might be a trojan.

Here is my hijack this page.

Turn off System restore

Run your virus scan again.

Download the new version of Hijackthis and post another log.

I did the scan, and guess what?

It came up that I didn't even have a virus, when this thing has been on my computer for almost a week.

Did you still want me to run the scan, and then do the hijackthis scan again?
