Runnning Windows XP Pro.....the startUp error message reads:

    ERROR LOADING C:\WINDOWs\bs3.dll
the specified module could not be found.

Please advise what this may indicate and how I can remove it.....

I think you should run Hijack This, look for and fix tis entry: O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Bsx3] RunDLL32.EXE C:\WINDOWS\bs3.dll,DllRun

You can go to http://www.tomcoyote.org/hjt/, and download 'Hijack This!'. Unzip, doubleclick HijackThis.exe, and hit "Scan". Then "fix" the above.
