everytime i start up i get this message
can anyone help?

Almost certainly spyware. You have some not too serious junk in there. You could delete that file for now if you don't get any other help. It's in C:\Windows\System32

You have your HiJackThis log in the Malware section of this forum. You should check there and follow their instructions.
