Hey guys i need a bit of help.. (i got a HP pavilion desktop)

okay check it, when i restart or boot up my computer or w/e, and the first screen that comes up is a blue and white HP screen which stays up REDICULOUSLY long.. like 2 or 3 minutes.

    How do i shorten this??

The cause will not be the HP blue screen itself, but some process thats taking way to long in the background.

The possibilities are endless, but having a network card enabled when you dont have a network is but one of them. It times out waiting to connect which adds a couple of minutes.

Do a step-by-step start-up (probably F8 at boot-up, chose step by step start up) and manually agree to each step, see where it happens.
