I enabled my usb port in the bios, in windows 98 1st ed. because I have a digital camera. After that, windows would not load properly. I reinstalled windows, it seems ok, but every time I startup windows it says "Windows is now starting for the first time" at the bottom of the screen. How can I fix that?
