Somtimes when I turn my computer on the Gateway splash screen comes up then the Windows ME splash screen ,then it does nothing but sit there. I have to manually shut down. Then when I start up again it goes to safe mode, then I go to normal and it will finish loading. What to do?

Please tell the forum what Operating System version you use and how much system RAN is on your computer. State anyeror messages word for word.

Gateway technical support provides lifetime software support for their computers new and old. Just call the 800 number and go through the phone prompts armed with the unit Serial and model number, the orginal purchaser's name and the phone number they gave when the unit was first purchased.
