I was wondering, how is it that Steam is able to sell all of these games for different prices. they have a lot of them on their servers. wouldnt they have to get permission to sell software that is owned by other companies like bethesda softworks, ubisoft, etc. how does that work exactly? since steam is doing it, couldn't somebody else also run a server and sell video game downloads.

    By the way Merry Christmas:D
