I keep losing my web browsing history. I suspoect it is being removed by one of the programs I use to maintain security on my laptop computer running W7 64 bit. I read an old post giving instructions to protect deletion of the history by any program.but it was making changes to the registry and I'm not sure the procedure would be applicable to my operating system. Please give me step by step how to protect my history from being deleted. Assistance would be greatly appreciated.

What security programs are you using? You have to name them in order for forum helpers to see if they are causing your browsing history to disappear.

I didn't include this info because the old thread I saw on he Tech Support Guy website was explaining a way to make changes to the REGISTRY which would block any program from deleting the history files. However, if it helps here's the programs I use to clean my computer:
    CC Cleander
    Ad Aware
    SuperAntispyware Professional
    Norton
    Spyware Blaster
    ParentoLogic PC Health
    HiJackThis
    Advanced System Care
    Spyware Blaster
    I hope this helps you.
    Thanks for the reply.
