Are you adding in a new hard drive ?

Do you want your Documents folder to go to the new hard drive ?

Assuming you actually have a "disk 0" and a "disk 1", there is not a simple option to select which drive is used for what type of storage. That is all software based. ie: if you want Firefox to store downloaded files on a certain drive/folder, you change the download folder in Firefox.

Aside from that, you need to supply more information. There are many people here willing to help, but you need to explain EXACTLY what you are trying to do.
