    Hi All,

I have a Windows server 2003 in my network which I want to use a test box. Problem is I cant get a remote desktop connection to work onto it. I can ping it, I know the local and domain admin passwords but remote desktop wont connect. I have l;looked at the services running on the server and terminal services is running. This is a fairly new box with nothing running it so it probably just needs setting up but I cant work out how to do it.

    Any help gratefully received.

    Danny

Did you enable Remote Desktop on the Server? You have to make sure that you check "Allow users to Connect Remotely".

You must also put the incoming User Account into the Remote Desktop users Group.
