I'm not sure if this is the right forum, but a while back i was fiddling with all kinds of different software such as PowerISO and MagicISO and Alcohol 120% and during the course of time, I made a fake(virtual) drive. (K:/) drive, is fake, I only have 1 DVD drive, and for some reason, i've used those programs features that say 'dismount all virtual drives' and the 'disable' feature, yet it still remains?

anyone feel like taking a shot at explaining this one?

thanks,
sam :)

I think in many cases (Alcohol 120% for sure) you have to uninstall either the virtual drive component or the program itself to remove the virtual drive. I think you are just disabling the function of the virtual drive.
