The ASUS ROG G751J laptop was introduced in late 2014 - early 2015, so it definitely did not come with Windows Vista.
I'm guessing it came with Windows 8.1.

What's the exact Windows version that's on its Certificate-Of-Authenticity sticker?
That sticker will be on the bottom of the case or inside the battery compartment.

If you're wanting to know if we can determine what's wrong with your laptop and fix it from here, the answer is NO.
You need to ask a family member or friend who's "computer knowledgeable" to help you.

How exactly did you obtain that laptop, and how long have you owned it?
