Ok heres my problem... I have an older model desktop pc, a 4 year old Dell, which I can't afford to replace just yet. I've been trying to run the napster program on it. I got the download fine, but everytime I go to run the program setup it tells me my windows xp media player needs to be shut down. However, the media player IS NOT running. I've tried all of the obvious things, like shutting the computer down, but I'm still getting the same prompt. What gives? Any help would be very much appreciated.

    Thanks, Heather
