    hi there,

for the last year or so ive had stuttering problems with my pc, many times I've thought i've pinpointed the problem and "solved" it, unfortunately even tho these changes have helped my pc they have never fully fixed my problem. The thing that i have found that has most helped is uninstalling my display drivers and then re-installing and even if it doesn't fix it the first time it will eventually fix it if i keep doing this process. unfortunately this issue doesn't stay unresolved as any update of windows or drivers or if anything goes wrong in my pc and i have very often it reverts the fix and then i have a very laggy and stuttery desktop. ive replaced a lot of my hardware as well during this time and the only things left to replace is motherboard and cpu. i also run (free) anti-malware every time this problem happens and it never picks up anything to major or anything that fixes the issue.
