Stuttering in game cut-scenes

    Hello, all. I've got a problem, whenever any of my games goes into a cut-scene, the cut-scene stutters terribly, visual and audio. Does anyone know what might be causing this? Or how to fix it? I wasn't experiencing these problems untill a couple weeks ago when I had to reformat my hard-drive.
