I have had this occur many times on my computer at work. After a while when scrolling down a page the image of the page is stuttered. It shows different blocks of the page layered on top of itself. I use IE 4.0 on a Dell workstation, w95, 64mb ram.

The computer does not lock up so I can go back to the last page, but this is stuttered as well. I tried clearing the cache and refreshing but with no luck. I have to close IE and then start over.

    Any ideas?

Right click my computer>click performance>click graphics>put the slider at 3/4. This may work in 95.
