Hello, I am new to JavaScript. I am trying to follow this tutorial I am reading, but I have ran into problems. I am creating the following website which makes a very simple feedback site. The problem is I have to add a JavaScript handler that that displays the the input information in a new window when the submit button is clicked. I know that I need to use the document.writeln method to write out the response page, but I don't know how to assign the values from the form field to the variables I listed in the function. I tried to post it but it made the page (lol) so I attached the notepad file I am working with. Help? Thanks!

Let me do some more work on it first. I will post the attachment soon.

I don't know if it's just me, but feedback.txt looks like only half a file... Try to upload again!

As for taxform, in lines 17 and 18 you need to use parseFloat to the value of the text before setting it to the variables, otherwise they will be strings and you can't make calculations with them. Also there is a misspelling of intTotalTax in line 20, and on lines 20 and 22, to set values to the text objects in the form, you need to use txtTotalTax.value=intTotalTax instead of txtTotalTax=intTotalTax. Other than that, it works :)
