I keep crashing, and getting a blue screen error....it says that there is a problem with newly installed hard or soft ware, but when it first happened I hadn't recently installed and software, and all the hardware is the same as it has been for a year. I thought it was overheating, cause it only happened when i was playing high end games such as world of warcraft and painkiller. I checked my fans, and i think one is working at less than 100%, but i was simply using word processor and it crashed again. How can I decipher the problem, and then fix it?

    Any help is appreciated

What is the blue screen error you're getting?

Is your video card fan spinning? Have you cleared out any dust that may be obstructing the airflow of your fans?
