All of my programs load and run at the normal spped, but receiving email, accessing internet, anything internet related is painfully, and I mean painfully slow. I can send and receive email unless it has an attachment. I ran Spybot and Ad-Aware with no results. I run XP SP2, 1G RAM. Please advise. Thank you.

I've been on the phone with them, with my VoIP provider and anybody else who will listen for the last 2 days. My system has had every possible "ping" you can imagine.

I disconnected the Linksys Router (not wireless) and reconnected directly to the Linksys Modem (also not wireless) and my system started running normally. This is the 2nd Linksys router that has been bad in some form or fashion. Here's the HJT Log...

Nothing major going on but there's a few items you can clean up.

Close your browser and check the following entries in HJT, click Fix and then REBOOT.
