Hi, all. The computer and monitor in question are both about 3 years old. For the past 2 days, my brothers have been playing Starcraft on it almost nonstop. 5 minutes ago everything was fine, but when I came down (the old computer was left idle in the middle of a game), Starcraft's background music could still be heard, but no picture could be seen on the monitor.

Please... what could be the problem here? Thanks for the help.

Hi how are you today. Did you ask your brother if he noticed anything unusuall about the computer. Did you try turning the computer off wait for about 30 seconds and turn on again ?

    I'm good. You?

There was nothing unusual, no. And we've tried your other suggestion.

Right now, I'm going to hook up this comp's monitor to the old one and see if I can get a picture. I'll get back ASAP.

    For now, keep pondering :)

I'll have to check, one sec.

The thing is, the monitor is still getting power. I can see the little power light turn on and off when I toggle the with its power button.
