You love to download what and from where?

What security-related programs are currently installed in your computer?

Did Windows 7 Home Premium come pre-installed in your computer?

The best free software to clean registry files is NONE. Windows does a fairly decent job of "cleaning" up obvious problems.

Don't know what you mean by "clean" cookies, but any software to do that would be browser specific and I wouldn't trust it. Why not just "clean" them yourself?

I do not know what it means to "clean" cookies. People sometimes remove all cookies or particular cookies that are suspected to be causing a problem.

Download and save and then install the free version of

    Malwarebytes Anti-Malware 1.70.0.1100

    SUPERAntiSpyware 5.6.0.1014

Make sure to update their definition files during the install process.

Make sure to uncheck and decline to install any extras, such as toolbars and homepages, they may offer.

Make sure to uncheck and decline to use the "Pro" or "Trial" version, if it's offered.

After they're installed and updated, restart the computer.

Run a QUICK scan with each of them.

When each scan is finished, select and remove EVERYTHING they found.

Restart the computer, if prompted to, so the removal process can finish.

Note: DON'T use the computer while each scan is in progress.

i've run the startup repair...it says "windows cannot repair this computer automatically". when i viewed the diagnostic and repair details it says "unspecified changes to system configuration might have caused the problem"...maybe because the windows is not genuine once appear on bottom right of my wallpaper? but later that message was gone
