Your board can use an i7 1155 socket max 95W as per the manual. IMO you are wasting your money. Intel stopped all support for their motherboards a number of years ago ie no drivers, nothing.
If you have an i7 given to you OR for just a few $ it might be worth the effort otherwise, as I said it is not worth investing money in obsolete hardware.
So is there any better option to upgrade my processor, as I am not able to play some high end games(like:- Apex Legends, Fortnite, GTA 5, etc.) which are cpu based games and many of the multi-tasking processes are bit slower ??
The NVIDIA GeForce GT 710 graphics card in your computer is too weak to play high end games.
Your computer needs a more modern motherboard.
It needs a faster processor.
It needs a better performing graphics card.
It needs more and faster speed RAM.
I'm guessing it needs a solid state drive(SSD).
I'm guessing it needs a higher wattage power supply.
To summarize it all, you're fighting a losing battle.
You need to invest your money in a more modern computer that has faster hardware.
Because modern computer games have stiff system requirements, many gamers discover their older computer can no longer provide a quality gaming experience. 😢
That's when it's time for a newer and faster computer.
Trying to upgrade an older computer is usually a losing battle and not cost effective.
