Suspected Virus

    frds i have some problems bothering me...
    When i run the Anti Trojan Horse :- it says that the system clock have been moved back, please reset system clock to correct time while rerunning the application.
    I have two files in my 'comp whose origin i doubt. The files are named desktop.ini and folder.htt. I doubt the origin of both the files. There were more than 100 files of the same name throught my 'comp the first time. I deleted them. Everytime my system boots i see the files totalling 15 in number. If I delete them but still while booting i find it there. if i dont delete them the next time i boot the number is more. How do i find out if there is any malicious content in the files.
    Also when connected to Internet my comp bcomes xtremely slow. Requesting you to tell me the reson why this is happening and also the solution to this.
    Hope someone can suggest a remedy!!

    After i posted the mssg yesterday.. i logged off and shut down my PC.
    I m using OS 98.
    Today when i booted then it shows as if the OS is loading but the desktop doesnt appears
    Now what do i do?
