I was listening to myiTunes and the little yellow bubble popped up in the bottom right corner. It said:

Shortly after, the "blue screen of death" flashed and my laptop rebooted itself. How can I fix this? I don't know much about computers so simple instructions would be appreciated. Thanks!

It's suggesting that Checkdisk might be able to repair the part of your hard disk on which this file is sitting and which might be damaged.

Click on My Computer and right click the C: drive icon. Go to Proprties then Tools and click Check this volume for errors and at the next input box, tick both boxes to fix any errors it finds then hit Enter. It may suggest you do this on the next restart - accept that and restart. Please post back if this doesn't fix this.
