svchost.exe eating my ram and CPU

    hello guys i am having issues with my work computer. i do not do any kind of gaming or other,just work. its been a week that after some hours of work the svchost.exe starts eating all my cpu and up to 700 mb, makign the pc to freeze.
    i have no clue whats going on here. ill post a log hoping somone can help me figure out what is causing this.
