"The instruction at "0x000000000" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "read". Why does that come up as the system is starting up? How does it go away.

It's possible a ram issue, if this is a desktop computer try starting the computer with one stick of ram installed, moving on to other sticks and slots to see if the issue continues.
