    Couple of issues to mention.

I have 1 setup.exe that I cannot delete. Windows states it is copywritten or still in use. So I rebooted, makes no difference. I went into the task manager to look at what is running. I see 5 svchost running, I try to terminate them but they just start up again or of course when I terminate the legit one windows restarts like it should. Shouldn't there only be 1 running?

I went to ProcessLibrary.com to see what the app is and their results bring back a lot of viruses associated to that file. I then ran a full system scan (I use ThreatFire AV) but no results found.

    Suggestions?

You can have several svchost.exe running, I have 6 running at the moment. Go back to process library and read all the info in the green entry it might help explain.
