Swiping the wrong way

i bought a rca galileo pro 11.5" 32GB 2-in-1 tablet with android 6.0 OS marsmallow but the cursor is moved the opposite way. is this normal? and if so, do people get used to to move the cursor this way?
I appreciate any information please.

Never mind about my swiping the opposite way question in my last thread. i just found out I can use my fingers on the screen. i apologize.
