    Hello TSG's

I'm having an issue with my installed SynchBackFree V9 (latest version) on my Win 10 PC desktop.

I'm receiving SCAN FAILURES for 2 of 3 set up profiles.

My setup is simple. I have (3) local drives (D, F &E) on my PC that I'm scheduling to backup to my EXTERNAL 4TB USB drive (DRIVE N) as seen below in image.

Error says it can't find my local drive nor my external 4TB (N drive) though I can access both of them via WIN file explorer. So, I'm stumped. Anyone have any idea what's happening here? I mean this is such a simple setup.

    Best, Bob

What if you let one task finish before starting the next one?

The screen shot shows M:\ is unavailable, but you're backing up to N:\.

Yes, I run one task at a time. Still I get errors. I just ran Local Seagate E drive to backup to My4TB and got this error: Profile: - 1 file could not be copied, deleted or compressed. See the log file for more info.

The first screen shot shows a task running and a task failed. That means both were running at the same time. The second screen shot shows an error, but many files were copied successfully.

I ask because some 3rd party apps seem to get broken with Win 10 updates.
I don't know if SyncBack is one of them, but it's a thought.

I've run SyncBack for about 15 years on Win XP and 7 and not seen your problem.
    It's considered pretty stable, but.......

SyncBack works fine with Windows 10 latest build and latest updates.

The screen shot shows a successful run and a failed run. It worked at 1am but failed at 10am? The run today skipped some files but copied many.

Just to note: I run an older SBfree V3.2
Most of the time I run only one backup at a time.
But when I have run two at a time, to different destinations, SBfree merely sets up a queue and backs up one at a time.

On reflection, I see your point.

The second task choked but kept running, apparently causing the third to fail.

    Bob,
Have you tried to run that third backup independently?

Got it down to one last error.... Seems that the LOG file it produces can't be saved at the end of the script.
