I have a number of files to download. With some of them there is trouble. The download begins normally, aftera few seconds, there is error notice: The system cannot find file specified or error notice: The system cannot find path specified. I restart the downloading and after a few seconds, it stops and the same notice is repeated, I repeated this procedure several times and 4% of the file was downloaded, but I cannot carry out this procure all day in orderto download a file. But because a part of the file IS downloaded each time .means that the system can find the file and path. So what is the reason and more important the cure? please help.

Is it telling you the file or path it cannot find?

It may be an issue with your Temporary Internet Files directory.

Open Internet Explorer and go to Internet Options > Temporary Internet Files > Settings.

What is the path to the Temporary Internet Files folder?

Go back to the "general page" and delete the files and history content. Then verify that the directory actually exists in the path specified and that you can navigate to it.
