system crash

    Hi i wonder if you can help me please. After about an hour and half of my laptop being on my programmes seems to freeze and crash. i have closed the laptop and restarted with going into setup at boot. and have a hard drive test and it says the hard drive has failed. What can be done to help the situation.

    I would back up all your personal files/pic's to an outside source such as a Flash drive or CDR/DVD's and or an external hard drive. I would then replace the hard drive.
