    I need serious help!!!! ASAP

    OS- WIN 7 Premium
    Make- HP
    RAM- 5GB
    Bit- 64

I installed a software "(advanced system optimizer 3.0)" they comment that all the errors and warnings will be gone, I pay them and run it, before my desktop had 1142 errors now all of them are resolved(according to the software) after the run is complete it asks me to reboot.

After reboot my system crashes and i just get a black screen which says " INSERT BOOT DEVICE" and after i insert the HP-WIN OS7 CD. it does not read and just gives me a "............................................."

    What should I do now....???

Hi, system optimizer as you have found to your cost - can cause more problems than they solve.
And the errors are not true errors and would not in most cases need to be fixed.

Will it start in Safe Mode - tap F8 as the Pc is starting up?

Is the Bios set to read from the Cd or boot from the hard drive.
On HP system F1 - F2 or ESC will take you into the Bios.

You may need to set the boot order to the Cd.
In the Bios - use the arrow keys to move the Cd to the top of the list.
Save changes and Exit the Bios.
Make no other changes while in the Bios.

The system optimizer may have removed some system files but it should still boot from the Cd.
You say 'retrieving BIOS' - you have checked that it is set to boot from the Cd?

What is the make and model number of your Pc - there may be a recovery partition which will take the Pc back to factory settings.
But all data and files will be lost.

If you can get it to boot from a Cd.

When you turn on the Pc can you reach the Bios by tapping either F1 - F2 or ESC?

Are you inserting the Cd before you turn on the Pc?

What is the make and model number of your Pc?
It would help us to help you, if all questions are answered. ;)
