My brothers computer recently started not turning on. The computer will turn on but the screen wont do anything. When we listen to the speakers theres a voice that says "System failed CPU test" over and over again. I have no idea what it is or how to fix it. Does anyone know? From what I know he didnt download anything that could have been a virus. The computer was working fine before then one morning it decided not to work.

Does anyone know this problem and solutions.

You probably have to take the computer apart and see what it is.
Im afraid of doing that :/ Its a custom PC but i didnt build it so im scared of what might happen.

If its related, the day before the computer was making a small buzzing noise. We turned the computer off and turned it back on and it was fine.

maybe the fan on the heatsink went bad, and then caused the cpu to heat and burn , and now you need a new cpu and heatsink?, but you wont know until you at least open the case and see if the cpu fan is blowing?

You need to post a little more information about the system such as;

Motherboard make and model
CPU make and model
Power supply make, model, wattage
Operating System
Video or sound cards
