you have 4 trojans/viruses that I can see at first glance

run hijackthis, tick all below, doublecheck to make sure you haven't missed any, close all browser windows & press fix checked

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [windows update] c:\winnt\web\printers\images\explorer.exe
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [winapildr] C:\WINDOWS\Necessary-files\IEXPLORE.EXE
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [windows] c:\windows\system32\windows.exe
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [msnager32] C:\WINDOWS\System32\dllcache\0\0\1.1\winupdate.exe

then reboot & delete these files
    c:\winnt\web\printers\images\explorer.exe
    C:\WINDOWS\Necessary-files\IEXPLORE.EXE
    c:\windows\system32\windows.exe
    C:\WINDOWS\System32\dllcache\0\0\1.1\winupdate.exe

Run an online antivirus check from at least one of the following sites
    http://security.symantec.com/default.asp?
    http://housecall.trendmicro.com/
    http://www.pandasoftware.com/activescan/

then I would seriously consider downloading the trial version of TDS-3 a well reknowned trojan killer
    Download TDS-3 from http://www.wilders.org/anti_trojans.htm
and update it following the instructions here:
    http://tds.diamondcs.com.au/index.php?page=update
Then run a full system scan.

then post a new hijack this log afterwards so we can check if all gone

this entry might be genuine or might also be a trojan
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [WinSetup] "C:\WINDOWS\System32\WinSetup.exe" -o

I would see what the virus scans say first as it could be a genuine scanner or modem driver or it could be Backdoor.Evilbot.B, that I just don't know

Having got 4 others I am inclined to suspect trojan but do the av scans first

only thing to fix is this entry
    O1 - Hosts: 203.161.127.141 www.dcsresearch.com

which diverts you to an unsavoury site, when ypou try to use one of the comon search engines

everything else looks clean, if the virus scans & TDs-3 have given this O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [WinSetup] "C:\WINDOWS\System32\WinSetup.exe" -o a clean bill of health, I did say it might be trojan or might be a genuine driver, that one is almost always impossible to tell

I believe that is an HP scanner driver so don't worry about it and once again thanks for the help. I really appreciate it.
