Ok iv'e been searching around for 30 minutes of what the problem could be but i have not found anything. iv'e been looking through msconfig startups and there is nothing wierd there, iv'e also been looking up my programs through ad or remove program if there is some random programs that is installed on my computer and i didn't find anything. When i open my task manager it is System Idle Process that is jumping around between 48-61 cpu usage, i don't know what SIP is for or what it do, so it would be nice if someone could tell me little about SIP and give me some tips over how to solve this problem with the cpu usage. I also found out that rundll32.exe is using about the same cpu usage as SIP 50-55 what is rundll32.exe?

I would be ever grateful if someone could help me to solve this problem and tell me some about these processes!

PS: sorry for my bad english, im only 15 years old...

100% yes depending on what the system is using - mine is between 70 - 85.
But of course it is changing all the time.
Let us have some Pc specs.
Hard drive size - free space.
    Installed Ram etc.

smss.exe is the systems session manager - as long as it is in C:\Windows\System32
    All is Ok.

Playing games is graphic and memory intensive.
And the CPU will be moving up and down all the time.

Download a Hijack this log - it will show some of what is running on
    your Pc.

    Hijack this 2.04
    • Save HJTInstall.exe to your desktop.
    • Doubleclick on the HJTInstall.exe icon on your desktop.
    • By default it will install to C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis .
    • Click on Install.
    • It will create a HijackThis icon on the desktop.
    • Once installed, it will launch Hijackthis.
    • Click on the Do a system scan and save a logfile button. It will scan and the log should open in notepad.
    • Click on "Edit > Select All" then click on "Edit > Copy" to copy the entire contents of the log.
    • Come back here to this thread and Paste the log in your next reply.
    • DO NOT use the AnalyseThis button, its findings are dangerous if misinterpreted.
    • DO NOT have Hijackthis fix anything yet. Most of what it finds will be harmless or even required.

You could be spending many days, going through each system process in the Task Manager.

Post the Hijack this log and if I notice any strange entry [Not being a log expert] I will ask your post
to be moved to the Virus and Malware forum.

The top and bottom half are missing.
When it opens in notepad - click edit>select all>edit>copy and paste.
