System Idle Process...

    when i got to "windows Task Manager" why is "System Idle Process" high for? this slow everything down on my PC!!! How can i sort this problem out?

    The System Idle process is simply accounting for all the unused time, it's not slowing you down. My System Idle process on this machine is hanging between 98-99% right now, system is working fine. :)
