System low on resources

    You can begin in the stsrtup folder by shutting down unnessecary programs.

    How do I diable things in the start up program and what else can I do> Thanks

    I can view you startup by doing this :

    Download 'Hijack This!'. http://www.tomcoyote.org/hjt/
    Unzip, doubleclick HijackThis.exe, and hit "Scan".

    When the scan is finished, the "Scan" button will change into a "Save Log" button.
    Press that, save the log, load it in Notepad, and copy its contents here. Most of what it lists will be harmless or even essential, don't fix anything yet.

    Okay I figured out how to do the start program thinkg what else can I do?

    Download Adaware from the link below first
    http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware/. Then open it and check for updates. Tehn run a scan and when complete remove all it finds.
