System not boot

Sir,
My aystem following problem showing.
A bootable system has not been detecded.
Http:'//support.intel.com/support/motherboards/desktop
Please help me

Usually that means your hard drive failed or it could be a connection problem. Unplug the hard drive cables and put them back (with the machine off)
