System Restore Size in XP

    How many MB's should be set aside for system restore?

    its defaulted about 12% maximum I believe of your total GB. I wouldn't go too much lower unless your crunched for free space.

    2-3% should be more than enough to create all the restire points you need.By default xp sets it to 12% and on a 100 gig harddrive,well you get the point...enough room to install xp several times with room left over for a Starbucks!
