Hi, let us have some Pc specifications.
Check and post
TSG System Information Utility - found here.
http://static.techguy.org/download/SysInfo.exe
======
When are you getting the blue screen, at start up, when playing games, etc?
======
asstor64.sys
is associated with 'Asmedia 106x SATA Host Controller Drive from ASMedia Technology Inc.'
However, that may not be where the blue screen started or be the cause of the problem.

======
Post the Minidump files
Create a new folder on the desktop and call it dumpfiles [or something similar]
Look in c:\windows\minidump
Copy the last 4 minidump files to that folder.

Close the folder and right click on it and select Send To Compressed [zipped] Folder.
Windows will compress the file and then save the new zipped file in the same location.
Attach the zip folder by using the 'Upload a File' button.

Try again to attach the mindump files as they should help in finding the problem.

Some reasons for Blue Screens
New hardware or Software installed.
Device driver or Video driver, corrupted or faulty.
Faulty Ram - Overheating - Dying hard drive, etc.
======
Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 2600X Six-Core
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060
Updated AMD and Nvidia drivers.
AMD

Nvidia

======
Also run system file checker.
Click on Search - Type cmd
Right click on cmd select Run as Administrator.
At the Command Prompt - Type or copy and paste.
sfc /scannow
Press Enter.
Let it run to completion - then restart your pc and let us know if any of the above has helped.

Minidumps x3 - all showing the same error - asstor64.sys
PHP:
0: kd> !analyze -v
SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M (1000007e)
This is a very common bugcheck. Usually the exception address pinpoints
the driver/function that caused the problem. Always note this address
as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.

asstor64.sys relates to "Asmedia 106x SATA Host Controller Driver"
I can find no driver update online from Asmedia and the Host Controller Drivers, should be updated with a Windows update.
It does not mean that the Host Controller Driver was at fault when it crashed but the weakest application/file/program.etc, at that time to crash and then blue screen.
======
Check if Asmedia 106x SATA Host Controller Driver - is listed in Device Manager. Search > Type > device manager
If listed, right click and select Update, Windows will search for any update if available.
======
Updated AMD and Nvidia drivers, as suggested above - run system file checker and let us know if that helps.
