Is There an easy way to work with a document in Word that is already established? What I need to do is have the second column lined up. Following is an example of 110 pages :

Song Title Disk / Song # Artist

    I Can't Stop Loving You 213 / 15
    I Can't Think 201 / 04

Right Now I'm using the Tab Key to align the second column. I Have over 5000 songs. I need to try and alight everything in the column at one time. so it looks like:

    I Can't Stop Loving You 213 / 15
    I Can't Think 201 / 04

    Thanx for any assistance.

Hee hee - tabs don't work in posts , but I get your point.

I'd suggest you select all (Ctrl + A) and then go to Format, Tabs.
Set the "tab stop position" somewhere to the right of the longest song name (say 3" for the sake of arguments), then click the SET button.
Then when you use the tab key, your second column items will all begin at the 3" mark (or whatever).
