So Im doing my history homework, and have two pages worth of information. I go downstairs for a snack, and when I come up, error report! So Im unable to copy, cut save, or anything like that. Is there anyway I can get my lost info back. I realize it wasn't that much, butId like to get it as well as future problems back.

And yes the moral of the story is constant saving. :(

If the application crashed it "may" have left a temp file behind. Not sure if Works does however.

Use search and look for all files created from the time you started the document. Possibly in your "My documents" tree in a temporary files folder. But look for all files anyway.
