I have had my Dell Inspiron 3520 since Christmas. My system is running 64bit windows 8. Since having it my internet has been the biggest problem. Plugged in or not it will randomly lose internet connection and I have to unconnect and reconnect. This works everytime but the problem is that I will need to do this almost every 15 minutes which makes browsing the internet quite a struggle. Sometimes the period between will not be enough to let me load a new page. I've been trying to keep up with updates but unfortunately none have solved my problem.

I also am completely unable to connect to the wpa2 signal on my college campus.

Any advice on either issue would be a great help!

Make sure you have the latest networking drivers from Dell's web site.

    Thanks for your response!

How would I figure out which Network Driver I have?

The easiest way is to just download and install the latest from Dell's web site. But, to answer your question directly, in Device Manager right click on the adapter - Properties - the Driver tab shows the driver's date and version.

I went ahead and clicked the button that says "Update Driver"... and it went ahead and checked online and says that I already have the best driver for my device already installed. Would you recommend just going to Dell and downloading it anyways?

Yes, download it from Dell's web site and then install it.
