Temperatures

    Hi i was just wondering speedfan shows my

    system: 39c
    cpu:43c
    aux:46c
    hdo:43c
    Core 0 : 36c
    Core 1: 37c

    is this good or normal for my pc temperatures and if not What might be causing this and the end result of this, and what is normal temperatures?

    Very good temps. Mine is set to shut down automatically at 65, just for reference.

    so a bit of fluctuating in temperatures wouldnt cause any harm? like for example i was loading gimp software on my system and the temperatures reach about 65-70c. This wouldnt cause any harm, would it?
